Registered Nurse (RN), Full Time - Hallowell House

This position is for our Hallowell House Home, located in Picton, ON.  

What you’ll be doing 

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.
