This position is for our Fenlon Court Home, located in Fenlon Falls, ON.  

Available opportunities include: Temporary; Full-Time; Day/Evening/Night shifts  

What you’ll be doing

  • Transport resident to onsite while practicing residents’ right to choose
  • Performing housekeeping tasks including disinfecting high touch surfaces
  • Assists with nutrition and feeding as well as additional resident personal hygiene tasks
  • Collaborates with residents, families and team members to maintain a positive, supportive and safe and respectful environment for all while demonstrating empathy, concern and interest in providing quality customer service
  • Participates in Quality Improvement activities and advocates for the resident/family individual needs and preferences

What you bring

  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • Demonstrates experience and interest in working with a population of older adults
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
