Continued Education and Scholarships
Our commitment to quality care is a commitment to ongoing support of your learning. Our clinical teams and service support experts craft both self-directed and hands-on training programs and are here to help you continually elevate your skills.
Extendicare Nursing Scholarship
Awarded to up to 24 recipients annually, the Extendicare Nursing Scholarship provides tuition reimbursement for up to four years. In addition, it includes use of company- supplied laptop while in school, paid exam time and reimbursement of exam and initial licensing fees.
Livergant and Bertrand Scholarships for family members
The Livergant and Bertrand scholarships award $2,000 per student, paid by the end of the calendar year in which the student applies, for up to four years. Both scholarships are awarded to children or step-children of current team members. Livergant Scholarships are awarded to students in health care programs and Bertrand Scholarships support students in any discipline.
